Return/Exchange Policy

What is you refund/exchange policy?

• All sea moss items are final sale.

• Mommy and Me products can be exchanged only within 7 days of receipt.

• All items must be in great condition in order to be shipped back; i.e items must have the original tags still attached, no stains or spills or any color disfigurations.

• If a package has been lost or stolen, please contact your carrier to be resolved. Temple of Power is not responsible for loss or stolen packages.

• Once your exchange request has been approved, and the package arrives to our facility, we will begin shipping your item's replacement. Normal shipping and processing times will apply. 

• Please note: Temple of Power is not liable for damage that may occur during mailing.
